LLILAS announces Faces of the Americas/Rostros de las Américas, a new speaker series that brings the most dynamic voices from Latin America and the U.S. to Texas to discuss business and current events in the region.
Experts in finance, politics, education, and communications will share their perspectives on what lies ahead for Latin America and its relationship with the United States, with a special focus on conditions affecting business opportunities between the U.S. and Latin America.
Talks take place four times a year and feature a reception with coffees from Latin America. Check back for updates on future talks in the series.
With Faces of the Americas/Rostros de las Américas, LLILAS seeks to bring relevant and timely information on Latin America to the students and faculty of The University of Texas and the wider communities we serve. To learn how to support this initiative, please visit Giving to LLILAS.
