Course Description

LAS 355 DEV PROBS/POLS IN LAT AMER (ECO 355) will, with sustainable development concepts as a point of reference, explore the major resource development issues in Latin America, including the human and cultural resources of the area. How these issues have developed, and at what cost, will be examined in the changing context of national, regional, and global policies.
