Sidney Weintraub, professor emeritus at the LBJ School of Public Affairs, will discuss his most recent book Unequal Partners: The United States and Mexico, in which he examines the current relationship of Mexico and the United States as on of sustained dependence and dominance in the areas of trade, investment and finance, narcotics, energy, migration, and the border.
