The Brazilian correspondent network is one of the most successful experiences of financial inclusion reported in developming countries. Build upon ICT-based branchless banking, correspondent banking is a business partnership between big banks and small retailers which are responsible for delivering financial services to dozens of millions of poor Brazilians, most of whon have no other way to access banks.
