Presenters will look at art within a framework of parallelisms and flows where contacts and relationships, encounters and dis-encounters, understandings and misunderstandings inform artistic production and its discourse. This approach encourages scholars to think in wider terms, beyond established topics, in relation to other historical and geographical developments.
