Pasch is currently Director of the Ludwig von Mises Library at Universidad Francsico Marroquin in Guatemala where she has founded the university's new media center. Together with her spouse, Rodrigo Arias, Pasche built the Glifos ILS (Integrated Library System) and oversees development of its media and content management software. Glifos is in use at dozens of libraries throughout Latin America.
