Submit announcements to the SAI Weekly Bulletin
If you have an event you would like to have listed in the weekly bulletin, please send the information to sai@uts.cc.utexas.edu with the subject heading "Bulletin Submission: (event name/announcement)".
The submission must follow the required format or it may not be included:
- Event Name/Announcement
- Date (include weekday), Time, Place, or Deadline
- No more than 200 words describing the event or announcement.
- Link or Email address to contact for more information.
Information received by 5pm on Friday will be included in the following Monday's afternoon bulletin.
