Dravidian Studies Award Deadline

The South Asia Institute announces a competition for undergraduate seniors and graduate students who are pursuing Dravidian Studies.  The competition is open to students from any department in the College of Liberal Arts who wish to focus primarily on a Dravidian language or languages or some aspect of Dravidian-based culture.   To apply, submit a one-page proposal including a statement of financial need, current CV or resume, and have a letter of recommendation sent directly by a UT faculty member.   Address all application materials and questions to Jeff Brewer, j.brewer@austin.utexas.edu.  Deadline: April 25, 2011.
