The Vedanta Center of Greater Austin invites you for a talk on the 'The Power of Will in our Spiritual Life' by Swami Prasannatmananda, Assistant Minister, Vedanta Society of Berkeley at 6:30p on Sunday, July 13 at 13508 Broadmeade Ave, Austin TX.
Swami Prasannatmananda is a monk of the Ramakrishna Order of India. The Swami received his sannyasa (final monastic vows) in 1995. During his time in India, the Swami was engaged in education and research and also served as an assistant secretary, teacher and treasurer in various institutions of the Ramakrishna Order. He has lectured in India and throughout the US and has written articles on Vedanta philosophy and its practice for various publications. In 2011, Swami Prasannatmananda was posted to the Vedanta Society of Berkeley, California where he currently serves as Assistant Minister.
