Opening lecture in the Spring 2007 South Asia Seminar Series. A reception (3:00 pm) will precede the seminar (3:30 pm).Dr. Abraham has produced a significant body of scholarly work on South and Southeast Asia's politics and international relations. His 1998 book on "The Making of the Indian Atomic Bomb" is a conceptually novel and controversial interpretation of the Bomb’s significance for India’s political culture.
