Software Advice Client Success Coordinator Position, BTT Gateway Job ID 6848

Software Advice - an innovative demand gen service for the software industry - is growing fast. We're about to surpass 650 clients. At this time last year we had around 400 customers, so we need help managing all of this growth.

If you're a hard working, supremely organized, multi-tasker with a winning attitude, we want to learn more about you. If you're a fit, we'll pay you in U.S. dollars - for what they're worth - and take really good care of you.

Client support is a crucial part of what we do. As a Client Success Coordinator, you will work with our Client Success team to keep our clients happy.

Some of your specific responsibilities will include:
Onboarding new clients and accurately uploading their content to our website;
Working with our clients to get reviews of their products on our website; and,
Tracking our clients' success and ROI on our program.

There are all sorts of other support requests that come up regularly. Boy could we use a hand.
