As a Business Analyst in our Strategy & Operations service area, you will work to help our clients in their efforts to solve challenging issues. This fast-paced atmosphere, coupled with a rotational program that typically involves at least four unique project experiences during your first two years, provides unparalleled exposure to unique opportunities. To qualify for our Business Analyst program, you should possess the following:
•Strong academic performance: 3.5 cumulative GPA (minimum) strongly preferred
•Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
•Effective interpersonal and communication skills
•Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities
•Creativity, self-confidence, and flexibility
•An intent to pursue an MBA degree
