On-Campus Recruiting

LiberalArts@Work

On-campus recruiting in the College of Liberal Arts is managed online, via our LiberalArts@Work system.

Employer Login: If you have an existing account, you can login to manage your company account and job/internship postings.

Employer Sign Up: If this will be your first time registering with our office, you can create an account to manage your recruiting needs.

On-Campus Recruiting

To schedule a recruiting visit with UT Liberal Arts, please visit the LiberalArts@Work site to open a new account or to access your existing account. Once your account is open, you will be able to request a resume collection or on-campus interview date. For a description of these events, please see below. You will be able to manage your account, including job postings and student applications, online 24/7.

Interview Schedule

Interview Schedules are managed on-line via our LiberalArts@Work system. You will be provided a username and password in order to access your posting and to view students' applications. Or, if you prefer, the LACS recruiter can bundle and email you all resumes once your deadline has passed.

Our facility offers recruiters five dedicated interviewing rooms and a conference room. Each of our interviewing rooms can accommodate up to four people and is equipped with a telephone and internet access. Our conference room accommodates up to twelve and is fully equipped for multimedia presentations.

Resume Collection

Job postings with resume collections are managed on-line via our LiberalArts@Work system. You will be provided a username and password in order to access your posting and to view students' applications. Or, if you prefer, the LACS recruiter can bundle and email you all resumes once your deadline has passed.

Information Session

Once we have received your request for an information session, we will reserve the most appropriate rooms on-campus for the desired capacity.

Recruiting at the College of Liberal Arts generally runs through the academic year, however we are more than happy to accommodate special recruiting requests. Below are special dates at UT Austin to consider when planning your recruiting visit.
