Training Program in Restaurant Operations and General Management
Hillstone Restaurant Group is a privately-held collection of upscale restaurants with 45+ locations in major cities across the country. One of our more well-known operations is Houston’s. Exceptional graduates of our training program can earn the General Manager title in just a few years, and many General Managers in our company earn over $200K per year. All training occurs in California and Arizona, with subsequent assignments in markets all across the country, making relocation flexibility a must for consideration.
Intelligence, demonstrated leadership, integrity, humility, courage, and drive to succeed are all required. Experience in hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
Position:
Restaurant Management Summer Internship
The Management Internship is a fully-rotational 12 week program. We expect students to apply their management studies to a $7-8 million dollar business, and to assist the restaurant with their specific goals. It is offered in great cities throughout the country. Intern Candidates will be highly compensated during the summer and meals are included.
