LAITS staff support a collection of third party and staff-developed web content management tools including the Cascade content management system (cms) and a staff developed web database application. The College's academic and business units, as the College's primary web content creators, use these tools to create, edit, and maintain their web content.
Web support staff at LAITS provide tool access, training, technical assistance, and related support to departmental content developers. As technologies change, LAITS staff also upgrade and extend the College's web content management tools.
Documentation and tutorials for Cascade CMS and the College's web database application along with guides and best practices for web content production are available on the College of Liberal Arts Guides web site.
