Echo360 Lecture Capturing Presentation (Afternoon Session)

Training and presentation for the Echo360 lecture capturing system.

The College of Liberal Arts and Echo360  invite you to attend a special presentation on the benefits of lecture capture and how it can help Students, Administration and Faculty across the University of Texas at Austin campus.  We will be conducting two 1-hour sessions, each covering different topics and targeting different audiences around lecture capture at UT Austin.

Session 2: What It Takes To Implement, Deploy and Support Echo360
Time: 1:30 - 3:00p
Location: Mezes Hall 1.306 (Mez 1.306)

Who Will Benefit: System Administrators, Multi Media Services, Information and Instructional Technology personnel.

We will spend time discussing and demonstrating various facets of the Echo360 solution, including:
·         Simple room setup and scheduling
·         Automated capture and publishing workflow
·         Ad-hoc capture features, viewing and editing
·         Blackboard integration
·         Echo System Server (ESS) architecture review
·         Confidence monitoring and reporting

This session will use a recent deployment of Echo360 within the College of Liberal Arts as the basis for demonstration and discussion.
