Sr. Analyst Kate Doyle, National Security Archive, has spent two decades tracking down secret U.S. and Latin American records and finding ways to make them public.  She also directs the Mexico Project, an investigation into democracy and human rights in Mexico that has compiled thousands of declassified U.S. and Mexican government documents on Mexico's history of authoritarianism and democratic transition.
