Ariel Dulitzky, School of Law, will discuss his recent trip to Mexico where he was part of a fact finding mission on the situation of enforced disappearances. He will present the preliminary observations of the United Nations' Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances and analyze the relationship and interactions between an international human rights mechanism, the Mexican government, and civil society organizations.  Comments by Ricardo Ainslie, School of Education.
