Liberal Arts Instructional Technology Services (LAITS) can help new faculty with computer, network, and instructional media needs.
The Classroom Support group maintains all classroom technology hardware for Liberal Arts and serves as liaison with Facilities Services for general maintenance issues.

Telephone support hours are from 7am to 11pm, 7 days a week. Rapid response, on-site support is available from 7am to 7pm, Monday - Thursday and from 7am to 5pm, Friday.
The Liberal Arts desktop support team provides computer support for all faculty in the College of Liberal Arts for your UT owned equipment. We also provide computer support and imaging services for all classroom console computers and all labs across the college.

Liberal Arts ITS provides network and voice/phone support to faculty in the Liberal Arts Buildings. Staff can assist with ordering additional data cabling, activating network ports, provisioning voice service and desksets, and assistance with troubleshooting voice and data issues.
Liberal Arts ITS, through a team of system administrators, operates and maintains servers to support Liberal Arts faculty. These servers are housed in an enterprise class data center located in Mezes Hall. Servers include web, streaming multimedia, database, and data storage. Liberal Arts ITS staff also provide system administration support to faculty researchers as well as application development and support.
