Long-Term Strategies for Brand Visibility
What can you do to establish your brand on-campus? We recommend:
- Attend career fairs – Career fairs enable students and recruiters to interact on-campus and establish in-person connections. Attending fairs consistently greatly builds brand visibility and recognition on-campus.
- Post job/internship positions frequently – Because we market job and internship opportunities posted in our BTT Gateway database, organizations with consistent postings appear more frequently in our marketing.
- Interview on-campus – Reserve interview space with our office and meet candidates on-campus. Contact our recruiting team to reserve your rooms and dates.
- Participate in on-campus recruiting events – Throughout the academic year we host some additional on-campus recruiting events including workshops and information sessions. Contact our recruiting team to discuss the best event for your needs.
Employers recruiting for full-time job or internship candidates are invited to participate in our fall and spring career fairs each academic year. We invite you to take advantage of the convenience of interviewing several student candidates in our offices during an on-campus interview day. Our recruiting system, BTT Gateway, allows you to post your position(s) on-line, screen applicants, and make interview selections so you interview only the applicants you have selected.
Our modern facilities are in the hub of campus and offer private, updated interview suites in the center of campus (FAC).

Events & Career Events
We have multiple recruiting events each semester including two large career fairs, a nonprofit/public service career fair, and several smaller events. For more information, please visit our events page.
We are able to arrange a room reservation for you to conduct an information session/presentation about your organization. These sessions are generally in the early evening and all students are invited. We add these events to our recruiting calendar and market them to all Liberal Arts students. These sessions can also be a great way to provide preliminary information to students before an on-campus interview day.
