Graduate Students and the Non-Academic Career Search
Liberal Arts Career Services has teamed up with the Graduate School to enhance your career opportunities by providing career-related support to graduate students seeking careers outside of academia.
Our mission, “Translating a liberal arts education into a world of opportunities,” applies to graduate students as well as undergraduate students and we offer a variety of services to assist you with career decision-making, developing a strategic career plan, and expanding your professional scope.
We encourage you to begin using our services and resources as soon as possible, and preferably well before graduation so that we can help you design a plan for acquiring the necessary experience and connections related to your field of choice. Note that some on-campus recruiting resources listed below are available for Liberal Arts students only. If you are not a Liberal Arts student, please refer to your college's career center for recruiting resources.
Career Coaching

Our coaches will help you identify your current situation (including your strengths, skills, and knowledge), where you hope to go (the career field or position you aspire to), and help you design the most strategic and effective path to get there.
