Morningstar Development Program - Application Deadline

Tue, March 26, 2013

The Morningstar Development Program is a two-year career development program for recent college graduates. It’s designed to make the most of your talents, offer you engaging challenges, and give you the means to succeed.

After an initial training program, you will be exposed to customized career tracks designed for students with interests in technology, investment analysis, and general business. To foster your success in the program and beyond, our program’s advisor will help you identify your continuing education needs, as well as develop your career goals.

The program features special projects, roundtables, and presentations designed to help you succeed. You will learn investment concepts and acquire entrepreneurial skills to build upon and use every day in your Morningstar career. In your rotations, you’ll be an integral part of our day-to-day data operations. After your first year, you will be eligible to rotate to a different team within the company. Past participants have transitioned into roles in investment analysis, client relationship, and project management, just to name a few. Several participants have had the unique opportunity to work in one of our international offices. We’re currently in 26 countries, and we continue to explore additional markets.

To apply for the program, you must submit your application through the career services website as well as Morningstar’s corporate website (mdp.morningstar.com).

This application process has two steps. You must complete both steps to be considered for the position.

1. Submit your resume to BTT Gateway by March 26, 2013, 11:59 pm.
2. Complete an application through Morningstar's corporate website: mdp.morningstar.com
