Chase is looking for future leaders. Are you ready to become one? As a Chase Leadership Development Program Analyst, you’ll work on robust business assignments and develop the foundational skills to take on a leadership role at Chase.
The Chase Leadership Development Program (CLDP) is an intensive two-year rotational program within our Chase Paymentech business where you will work on exciting projects alongside colleagues who will rely on the fresh perspective you bring. During your two years in this program, you will rotate three times within one of the following core disciplines based on the company’s needs, your background and interest. The project examples given below are just the start of all the opportunities Chase could offer you.
• Sales – Work on projects like launching an innovative product feature, developing and executing a social media promotion strategy, or creating print, digital or mobile marketing promotions to acquire new customers.
• Service – Work on initiatives like introducing various products, complex renegotiation strategies, analyzing data to organically grow the use of products and services within the existing client base, streamlining processes related to merchant boarding, or consolidating and simplifying our merchant communications.
