Austin Children's Museum Camp Education Intern - Application Deadline

Job Description: It is the mission of the Austin Children’s Museum to create innovative learning experiences for children and families that equip and inspire the next generation of creative problem solvers.
In this position the intern will work directly with children ages 4-6 or 7-10 who are enrolled in our summer camp programs. They will assist in leading science and art activities, playing with children in the Museum, supervising children on field trips in the community, and lend guidance to the Museum’s youth volunteers.
This internship position will provide the student with practical experience teaching in the museum setting. They will have the opportunity to work with a well respected educational establishment and learn the behind the scenes workings of a successful children’s museum.
