Great Basin Institute National Park Interpretation Intern - Application Deadline

Spend six months in eastern Nevada working at Great Basin National Park in Baker, NV developing and presenting
interpretive programs about the diverse natural and cultural resources of the Great Basin region. The position will
contribute to the appreciation and preservation of the park and its resources and promotes the opportunity for visitors to care for park resources. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the field of Interpretation by helping to establish programs and implement personal stewardship ethics for preserving and protecting park resources. Great Basin National Park is known for its Bristlecone Pines (the oldest trees on Earth), star-filled night skies, 13,063-foot Wheeler Peak, and Lehman Caves. Step 3: Once registered login and complete the application.
Step 4: Click the "Search Listings" link and search under ‘Nevada’ and ‘Environment’.
Step 5: Click on the appropriate position title, then hit the "Apply Now" button at the bottom of
the listing.
