Looking for current student or graduate who can help define and execute data driven strategies and solutions for advertisers in a variety of categories. Startup experience is a plus. This role will involve helping to initiate the development of new products, define market requirements, provide analytic proofs for product strategy internally, run product experiments, and develop/execute go-to-market strategies for new advertising products. You will be joining a venture backed, Venture Beat/DEMO (Best Social Product) award winning and SXSW LaunchEDU 2013 Finalist startup.
Work with clients, partners, and sales teams to understand advertiser needs and outline product integrations
Aggregate, distill and prioritize market feedback from several channels
Analyze product performance - evaluate and explore new strategic
opportunities for revenue products Be a Marketing whiz who can drum up and help us execute on the most creative go-to-market strategies, including positioning, training Sales, and developing marketing collateral
Provide engineering with product strategy and market requirements
Work hand-in-hand with engineering and product management to develop product requirements
Test beta products and coordinate with cross functional teams for product launches
Pursuing BS, BA or MS in Computer Science or Business
Experience with SQL (or willingness to learn) and deep comfort with Excel modeling
Knowledge of online business models and internet/consumer technology
Proven track record with high standards of professionalism
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside Flinja
Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, organized
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision
Duration: Approx. one semester or one quarter with potential for two (10-20 hours per week) we are flexible and willing to work around school and/or work schedules.
