Good with words and interested in technology? National Instruments is looking for highly motivated individuals interested in careers as technical writers. NI's technical writers/editors are part of the engineering development team, documenting how to use the products created by the development team and working with the engineers to improve the usability of the products.

**************** ATTENTION ******************
Because of the highly competitive job market, the first step to obtaining a job as a technical writer at National Instruments is your initial interview and an editing test on campus. Because of time constraints, we are electing to give you the editing test prior to the interview on a separate day.
Date and Location:
10/18/13, FAC 18
20 min. test - open from 8:30-4:45pm
The editing test is a mandatory portion of our pre-screening process. The purpose of this test is to evaluate your skills in editing, grammar, and spelling as well as your attention to detail. To prepare for the test, I recommend brushing up on basic grammar rules and editing symbols.
Your performance on this test does affect your candidacy for the position available at NI. Please plan on attending one of the following scheduled sessions.
To apply, see BTT Gateway Job ID 7146. Application deadline is 10/30/13.
