REALTY MANAGEMENT DIVISION 
The Realty Management Division provides full-service real estate asset management services with expertise in the global real estate markets. The Realty Management Division manages more than $35 billion in debt instruments and real estate related assets globally. The Realty Management Division’s experience includes performing asset management, acquisition, development management/oversight, underwriting, workouts of distressed loan portfolios, due diligence, mezzanine lending, and construction service management/oversight. 

THE REALTY MANAGEMENT ANALYST PROGRAM 
The Analyst Program has been designed to combine business, technical and professional skills training with a wide-ranging platform of development opportunities to give you a broad portfolio of business management skills. Starting with both firmwide and Realty Management specific orientations, the program provides a comprehensive schedule of formal training. Alongside this formal training, you will continue to benefit from peer mentoring, networking opportunities and a range of challenging developmental assignments that will take you outside your day-to-day responsibilities. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 
Below is a brief description of some of the responsibilities of an analyst in the Realty Management Division 

Evaluate investment opportunities for potential acquisition by preparing discounted cash flow models using ARGUS and other financial analyses using Excel. 

Assist in the development of investment summaries and recommendations based on underwriting assumptions and appropriate return parameters to senior management for approval. 

Prepare maps, aerials, demographic reports, photos and other such material for both analysis and investment committee presentation purposes. 

Assist with analysis, writing and gathering of information necessary for investment committee or investor presentations. 

Interface with operating partners to collect all financial and asset level reporting. 

As needed, assist with financial projections and investor reporting. 

Support ongoing and ad hoc reporting for local and New York business teams. 

Conduct market and portfolio analyses; understand industry trends.
