THE POSITION – CONSULTANT 
This individual will work as part of a team focused on providing strategic advice and developing solutions to complex business problems through the development, installation, integration, testing and maintenance of our business software applications. Consultants will participate in Quorum’s rigorous New Hire Orientation Training program which provides the necessary foundation, skills and training to build a successful career. For this reason, individuals are not required or expected to have a technical background. However, a strong desire for continuous learning and growth of technical and functional skills, and great interpersonal skills are key. Since the majority of the work is done under Client direction, the role involves extensive user interaction and requires excellent problem solving skills. 
Some of the specific roles and responsibilities one could expect are as follows: 
• Working with Clients on a daily basis to obtain business and technical specifications to help develop and implement next generation software solutions 
• Working in small project teams on established activities or as a part of larger projects 
• Participating in the configuration, testing, maintenance and enhancement phases associated with software development 
• Ensuring successful completion of personal and team deliverables 
• Working closely with our development teams to integrate release software into Client environments 
• Participating in company building exercises, such as recruiting or internal software and training development 
• Providing guidance and mentoring for less experienced consultants 
QUALIFICATIONS 
For this position, we are looking for individuals that meet the following base qualifications: 
• Must be willing to travel up to 100% during the week 
• MINIMUM 3.0 OVERALL GPA 
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines 
• Internship and/or other related work experience is strongly preferred 
• Demonstrated leadership prowess, including solving complex problems, managing project schedules and fostering team collaboration 
• Active participation and leadership in academic/student organizations 
• Aspiration or work experience in the oil and gas industry 
• Aspiration or work experience in developing and implementing solutions for Client needs (software and consulting) 
• Entrepreneurial skills, including motivation to take on more responsibility 
• Interest to help grow and develop Client relationships through direct and meaningful interaction 
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident with no need for current or future sponsorship
