Please RSVP for this event using the link below!

The TJX Companies, Inc. is the leading off-price apparel and home fashions retailer in the U.S. and worldwide, operating four major divisions -- Marmaxx (T.J. Maxx and Marshalls) and HomeGoods in the United States; TJX Canada (Winners, HomeSense and Marshalls); and TJX Europe (T.K. Maxx and HomeSense). In late 2012, we acquired Sierra Trading Post, an off-price, Internet retailer of apparel and home fashions, bringing it into our family of businesses. With nearly $26 billion in revenues in 2012, more than 3,000 stores, and approximately 179,000 Associates, success is always in style at TJX. We at TJX understand that both our customers and the talent pool from which our Associates come are increasingly diverse. Our core values of respect, integrity and fairness are inherent in the relationships we build with each other, our vendors and our customers. We are committed to leveraging the differences among our Associates and customers to create both a diversified mix of talent within TJX and a diversified mix of merchandise within our stores. We consider the unique views and opinions of our Associates to be key to our growth and success in the future.

TJX’s Store Leadership Program is one of the most competitive programs in the retail industry, as it provides tremendous opportunity, exposure and growth. For individuals that want to be a part of the business and play a role in making key decisions to help drive business results, this will be the perfect fit!  Working in our stores provides hands-on experiences that allow individuals to grow their business acumen, decision-making ability, as well as their leadership skills.  As careers progress at TJX, many associates have the opportunity to move into new positions, across the country.

The program starts with 8 weeks of training to prepare you to be an Assistant Store Manager.  You will learn how to manage in-store operations such as the customer service experience, efficient merchandising standards and product presentation - three key drivers in a store reaching its sales goals.  Additionally, as an Assistant Store Manager for TJX, not only are you driving your business, but you are responsible for recruiting, training and motivating store associates.  Often times, you will use your strategic and problem solving skills as you think creatively to further optimize your business.

TJX’s culture is one of “no walls” – which empowers and enables our stores leaders throughout the organization to make decisions on merchandising, respond to consumer trends and the total operation of our store to drive sales.  We pride ourselves on balancing an entrepreneurial approach within a large, global organization.  Our Store Leadership team is comprised of intelligent risk-takers that are responsible for millions in revenue, and perform ongoing analysis to drive sales.

Once you join our TJX family, as you develop your skills, there will be tremendous opportunity to grow within our organization.  Many of our present and past executives have been store leaders.  Your career growth in TJX is unlimited.  TJX’s Store Leadership Program will provide you with what you need to be successful.

TJX is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity.
