User Ops Agents work closely within our Sales & Operations team and with other teams throughout the company including Engineering, Product and Design.
Your daily responsibilities will be centered around helping our users simplify their lives with Dropbox and Mailbox. You’ll answer questions and troubleshoot issues, investigate proactive and reactive ways to improve the help center experience, and test future builds of the Dropbox and Mailbox apps. This will enable you to:
Triage inbound bug reports and reproduce reported issues
Become an expert in all aspects of Dropbox and Mailbox products and user experience
Relay user needs and perceptions to engineers and product managers
Create feedback loops to analyze new and existing features
Encourage product improvements across multiple teams
You use Dropbox and Mailbox on multiple platforms
You will graduate with a BA or BS degree before you start and your academic record is outstanding
You have great communication skills to interact with users and various teams inside Dropbox
You constantly strive for peak efficiency and work "smart"
You have excellent work ethic with insatiable curiosity
Ideally, you’ve solved analytical problems using quantitative approaches
