If you'd like to learn the ins and outs of political organizing, the Battleground Texas Fall Fellowship program is for you. We’re looking for energetic individuals of all ages from across the state to be a part of our team. 

The Fall Fellowship program is designed to test, train, and develop the next generation of Texas community organizers. Fellows who complete the program will leave with a full understanding of the tools, tactics, and skills that organizers use to make real, lasting change in their communities. 

Fall Fellows will spend 6 or more weeks as members of our organizing team. They will: 
- Recruit and train new volunteers 
- Register voters at community events 
- Enter, organize, and maintain the data from all of our interactions 
- Use social networks to help amplify our message 
- Coach, and develop neighborhood and campus teams of volunteers 
- Plan and execute volunteer events 

Candidates for the Fall Fellowship program must be: 
- Enthusiastic about helping to make Texas count 
- Interested in people-centered, metrics-driven work 
- Goal-oriented, flexible, and self-motivated 
- Personally organized and hard working 
- Strong communicators 
- Committed to collaboration and team-work 
- Willing to commit to 20+ hours a week or 40+ hours a week
