Young Entrepreneurship Training Camp, Summer Internship, Application Deadline, BTT Gateway Job ID 8222

Sat, May 31, 2014

The Young Entrepreneurship Training Program (aka Y.E.T.) works with about 36 campers and 6 staff per camp site. Our campers attend an all day, six to eight week session during the summer months. We believe that our philosophy of encouraging personal growth and responsibility helps our campers grow into confident, self-assured community leaders. Campers learn four core values: Respect, Leadership, Team work, and Environmental responsibility.

Counselors:
Each CAMP COUNSELOR will lead a team of 6/8 students. Counselors will be responsible for keeping their team on task to meet daily and weekly goals, introducing new concepts, and conflict resolution within their group.

In addition to serving as a positive role model/ mentor, counselors should be skilled in project management and/or teaching a curriculum based lesson. To be successful in this position you must be a self starter and able to work with minimal supervision.

Recruiters:
We are also in need of RECRUITERS to assist in getting the word out to parents and encouraging them to attend a Parent Meeting where they can ask questions and complete paperwork. Recruiters will be paid a commission based on each successful application they enroll for the 2014 Summer Session.
