To continually exceed established sales goals and objectives within assigned ter-ritory that contribute to the strategy of the organization. Individual works within an assigned region/geographical territory of the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area, to prospect and sell Sika products. Interfaces with architectural and construction engineering firms to identify new construction and renovation/maintenance projects that could utilize Sika products. Identifies, builds and maintains relationships with contrac-tors, architects and engineering firms. 

Specific Responsibilities: 
•Attains or exceeds sales and profit goals by developing customers and contrac-tors via lead follow up or other marketing initiatives. 
•Promptly conducts follow-up and qualification of leads. 
•Continuously seeks to develop new contractor relationships and build existing re-lationships. 
•Develop thorough knowledge of all Sika products that can be used to assist cus-tomers in product selection and proper application techniques. 
•Supports and develops a partnership with contractors in the use and sale of Sika products. 
•Provides necessary technical support to contractors during the bidding and in-stallation of Sika products on projects. 
•Develops and maintains architectural/engineering contacts to create specifica-tions for all products relating to a project. 
•Studies and shares competitive knowledge and business activities. 

Qualifications/Experience: 
•Bachelor degree 
•Minimum of (1) year construction projects/construction sales experience 
Ability to build relationships with contractors, architects and end users 
•Ability to independently manage a sales territory 
Interfacing with executive management for sales presentations 
•Ability to understand the concept of value selling of and applies quality customer ser-vice 
•Excellent verbal and presentation skills 
•Ability to travel to manage territory and generate necessary sales
