The Customer Service Associate will liaise with clients in our Houston office to help them identify the services required and the associated fees, as well as taking payment for these services and creating a file within SpanTran's database. Responsibilities also include answering phone calls and emails, monitoring online applications, and working virtually with our staff in the New York office to ensure a smooth workflow. Additionally, there is a possibility to grow this position through sales.
Qualifications: Ideally, candidates will be able to start within the month. Candidates should have an interest in education, and be open to working with foreign nationals on a daily basis. This position requires a pro-active and outgoing individual who is not afraid to take on new responsibilities, and can keep up with a fast-paced work environment.
• Bachelor's degree required
• Customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
• Candidates must have the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds in a culturally-competent manner
