LACI 101: Credit Internship Application Part A

Thank you for your interest in the LACI:101 Credit Internship course. This courses has a six-step application process, of which this is Step 1.

The information you provide in this form will be used to evaluate your eligibility as well as your internship site/employer's eligibility for the course. Part A of your application will be reviewed within two business days of receipt. Once it has been reviewed, you will receive an email message with details for completing Steps 2-6 of the application process. If it is not approved, you will receive an email message with your status details.

Application Part A Help

  • Deadlines: Review your application deadlines at the LACI 101 homepage.
  • Hours/Weeks Requirements: Review the required hours per week and number of weeks at the LACI homepage.
  • UT EID: If you do not have a UT EID (electronic ID), please create your EID here before completing this form.
  • Complete Info: Provide as much information as possible in this webform. If you do not provide enough information to evaluate your internship, you may be asked to resubmit this webform in it's entirety. If this is the case, you will not be given any additional time to complete the extensive steps 2-6.
