AP Latin Resources for Instructors and Students

Students who took the AP Latin exam in high school can obtain course credits at the college level.

Course equivalencies at the University of Texas at Austin

Students scoring a 5 on the AP Latin exam receive credit for:

LAT 506, 507, 311, 312K

Students scoring a 4 on the AP Latin exam receive credit for:

LAT 506, 507, 311

Resources Available:

Dygo Tosa, a former assistant instructor at UT Austin and current high school AP Latin teacher, has put together two guides funded by research from the Texas Language Center. These guides can be freely distributed on the condition of attribution of the author and may be modified and adopted with permission.
