Rachel Navarre is a graduate student in the Department of Government and a Research Assistant with the Irma Rangel Public Policy Institute. Her main areas of interests are immigration policy and politics in the United States and European Union. Her primary fields of study are comparative politics and public policy. She holds a B.A. degree in International Relations with a minor in Spanish from Knox College in Galesburg, IL and a M.A. in Government from the University of Texas, Austin.
