Biography


Nestor Rodriguez has conducted international research in Mexico, Guatemala and El Salvador, and has traveled and lectured in China and Japan. His recent research focuses and publications concern Guatemalan migration to the United States, U.S. deportations and return migration to Mexico and Central America, unauthorized migration of unaccompanied minors, evolving relations between Latinos and African Americans/Asian Americans, ethical and human rights issues of border enforcement, and racial and ethnic transitions and inter-relations across countries.
