UT Office of Freshman Admissions General Information Sessions & Tours

The University of Texas at Austin Freshman Admission Office is located in John Hargis Hall (JHH) at the southeast corner of the intersection of Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd and Red River Street. It is immediately north of the Frank C. Erwin Special Events Center.

The general freshman admissions information session schedule is (Monday-Friday):

• Morning Session 8:30AM-11:15AM
• Midday Session 10:00AM-12:45PM
• Afternoon Session 1:00PM- 3:45PM (This is the session we recommend you combine with a Plan II Honors visit unless you wish to also attend an academic session, such as Business or Engineering, in the afternoon. In that case, we recommend the self-guided campus tour and taking advantage of BeALonghorn--a terrific source of clear, easy-to-access information.)
