Firms or individuals interested in interviewing/hiring Plan II Honors students or graduates must first contact and make arrangements through one of two offices:
- Liberal Arts Career Services
(LACS) staff is dedicated to helping employers promote and manage recruiting programs to fill a variety of hiring needs. As part of the LACS commitment to your search for top talent, LACS offers job and internship posting services and a complete on campus interviewing program. Recruiters seeking graduates or seniors should visit the Liberal Arts Career Services "employers" webpage.
Persons or companies wanting to hire current students contact this office.
After arrangements are made through LACS or AccessUT, and the position is posted with one of these offices, the prospective employer may notify Plan II Honors of the job posting and/or interviewing event details.
- Send the information in an email to Plan2News, with the subject "Plan2News."
- Be sure to include the full information, but as briefly as possible.
Plan II will then publicize the job information in the Plan II twice-weekly newsletter, which is sent to all current Plan II students. The news item may state that "company X" is interested in Plan II students and we can include a link to the posting information at LACS or AccessUT.
Due to both UT policies and EEO guidelines/laws, Plan II will not schedule or host information sessions or interviews.
