Ladan will be recognized at the induction ceremony in May where new Phi Kappa Phi members will be initiated. The ceremony is Tuesday, May 6th from 4-6 pm at the Etter-Harbin Alumni Center Connally Ballroom.

Ladan will enter the UT-Southwestern Medical School in Dallas in August. After her Plan II internship at the Texas Capitol, she developed an interest in health policy, specifically within the realm of surgery and minimally invasive procedures. Ladan hopes to stay involved in health policy during and after medical school.

Although she has not yet chosen a specialization, she hopes to practice in a large urban area and possibly go into academic medicine.

Outside of academics, Ladan cooks, and when time allows, oil paints.
