President George W. Bush and Texas Governor Rick Perry have issued proclamations declaring a Day of Mourning for Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2007, in honor of the life and public service of former President of the United States Gerald R. Ford. Designated university offices will staff skeleton crews to provide essential services.
