The Mexican Center of LLILAS presents a talk by Sidney Weintraub, professor emeritus at the LBJ School of Public Affairs, titled “Policy Making between a Dependent Mexico and a Dominant United States: How It Needs to Change.”
Weintraub will discuss his most recent book, “Unequal Partners: The United States and Mexico,” in which he examines the current relationship of Mexico and the United States as one of sustained dependence and dominance in the areas of trade, investment and finance, narcotics, energy, migration and the border.
