Three-Day Conference Features New Research by British Scholars

Scholars from all over the world gather to present their research at the three-day 2010 British Scholar Annual Conference on March 25-27 at the Harry Ransom Center. The conference will feature a keynote speech by Professor Tom Devine of the University of Edinburgh on Friday, Mar. 26, at 3 p.m. His talk is entitled "Did Slavery Make Scotland Great?"

$25 at the door for the general public. The event is sponsored by British Studies and the Department of History.
