Guest poets will read their works at the Poéticas Para el Siglo XXI: Latin American, Caribbean and Trans-Atlantic Poetry Forum.

2 p.m. Remarks by Professors Jill Robbins, department chair of Spanish and Portuguese, and Luis Cárcamo-Huechante, faculty coordinator of Poéticas Para el Siglo XXI.

2:15-3:30 p.m. Poetry Reading (in Spanish and Spanglish)
Guest poets: Mara Pastor and Urayoán Noel
Presenters: Professor César Salgado and Lorna Torrado, graduate student.

3:45-5 p.m.  Poetry Reading (in English)
Guest Poet: Willie Perdomo
Presenters: Professor Jossiana Arroyo and Silvia Lorenso, graduate student.
