Stand-up Comedy Show with Economist Yoram Bauman

The Department of Economics presents a stand-up comedy show by Yoram Bauman, “the world’s first and only stand-up economist."

Bauman has appeared in TIME Magazine, PBS, NPR and on YouTube where his videos have more than a million hits. He is the co-author of The Cartoon Introduction to Economics. He received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Washington and spends his non-comedy hours teaching in the UW environmental studies program, researching the economics of climate change and campaigning for environmental tax reform.
