In honor of Immigrant Heritage Month,  the Center for Asian American Studies is proud to co-host an educational forum on immigration law in America.

Co-hosts include Welcome.us, FWD.us, the Center for Asian American Studies at the University of Texas at Austin, Jung Ko LLC, the Asian American Resource Center Inc., Indian American Coalition of TX, and the South Asians' International Volunteer Association. 

How has immigration law shaped America's rich cultural heritage? What are the challenges facing our nation of immigrants in the 21st century? How does immigration affect industries like tech and what impact has immigration policy had on Asian American identity? 

Join speakers Lesley Varghese, Ramey Ko, Irwin Tang, Madeline Hsu, and Ainee Athar as they tackle the diverse histories and impact of immigration policy through the decades.
