The Robert S. Strauss Center for International Security and Law invites you to "Terrorism and Criminal Justice on Trial: A U.K. Perspective" with Clive Walker, professor of criminal justice studies at the University of Leeds.

The United Kingdom's complex anti-terrorism strategy comprises several strands, represented by criminal justice prosecution on one side and executive responses beyond criminal justice on the other. Walker argues that criminal justice is the preferable response but inevitable strains will arise that put fundamental values of criminal justice at the forefront.
