Campus-Wide Fundraising Event for Disaster Relief in Haiti

Join the campus community for an educational and fundraising rally for the relief effort in Haiti on Jan. 22, 5-7 p.m. outside the Gregory Gymnasium. The event will feature music, food and speakers including Jemima Pierre, assistant professor of anthropology, who will speak about the disaster and the relief efforts.

This fund-raising effort is supported and sponsored by the John L. Warfield Center for African and African American Studies, the African and African Diaspora Department, the Teresa Lozano Long Institute of Latin American Studies, the Multicultural Information Center, the Black Faculty and Staff Association, the Community Engagement Center, the Division of Diversity and Community Engagement, and various student campus organizations.
